Job Title: Project Manager Location: Alexandria, Virginia, United States Type: Direct Hire Compensation: Contractor Work Model: Remote – offsite Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery management of large-scale Salesforce CRM system integration projects for NYS Office of Information Technology Services.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and data engineers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison to NYS ITS stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee Agile/Waterfall methodologies, SDLC processes, and manage vendor deliverables, testing cycles, and production deployments.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and accessibility standards mandated by NYS.
- Facilitate data migration, integration, and change management activities to support seamless system implementation.
- Support production readiness activities and post-go-live stabilization efforts, ensuring a smooth transition to operational status.
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects as a Project Manager, preferably with Salesforce CRM system integrations.
