  • OSP/Carrier project management experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in telecom/OSP projects
  • 5+ years of experience in project management roles
  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross department and multi subsidiary coordination
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and high pressure conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solving with a strategic, customer focused approach
  • Experience working in change control environments and defining acceptance criteria
  • Confidence presenting to senior management and providing critical updates
  • Experience with telecom network migration (copper to fiber)
  • Experience with cost and schedule management
