Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address the needs of stable, low-acuity adults.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of clientsโ€™ physical, mental, and emotional states to inform treatment strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that incorporate solution-focused therapy principles.
  • Track and document clients' progress throughout the course of therapy to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
  • Facilitate skill-building sessions to assist clients in developing coping strategies, setting goals, and achieving personal milestones.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your primary focus will be on working with stable, low-acuity adult clients from diverse backgrounds. You will play a critical role in fostering mental wellness by providing them with therapeutic support and resources tailored to their unique experiences and challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD in Florida.
  • No limited/provisional licenses or any disciplinary actions will be accepted for this position.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in social work, focusing on individual therapy with adults.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to make informed evaluations and treatment recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep compassion for client needs, promoting a therapeutic environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing documentation and client management efficiency.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
