Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) Remote
Position: Full-Time
Location: Washington
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
About the Role
We're hiring Washington-licensed LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs to provide mental health services through telehealth. You'll work with clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns, offering practical support and individualized treatment from a remote setting. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule and allows you to focus on direct clinical care, treatment planning, and client progress within an organized virtual environment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms
  • Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
  • Develop personalized treatment goals and update them as care progresses
  • Evaluate client response to therapy and make appropriate clinical adjustments
  • Complete progress notes and other required documentation accurately and on time
  • Communicate with clinical team members when coordination of care is needed
  • Follow confidentiality, ethical, safety, and Washington licensing requirements

Requirements
  • Active Washington mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
  • Master's degree in a mental health field
