Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Job description

We're not looking for someone who simply wants another remote job. We're looking for people who want to build something bigger with their career.

Fisher Agencies is expanding and seeking ambitious, coachable professionals to join our Leadership Development Program, a performance-based career path designed to develop future leaders from within.

For more than 70 years, our organization has served union members and working families by helping them understand supplemental benefits and protection options available to their families.

You'll begin in a client-facing sales and benefits role, working virtually with families while developing skills in communication, sales, relationship building, and leadership. As you demonstrate results and master the fundamentals, opportunities for increased responsibility, training others, and advancement into management may become available.

No prior management experience is required. We're looking for potential-not a management title on your resume.

What You'll Do
  • Meet virtually with clients and families to understand their needs
  • Explain supplemental benefits and available protection options
  • Develop professional communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Participate in structured training, coaching, and leadership development
  • Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing service
  • Work toward performance benchmarks for advancement
  • Develop the skills needed to mentor and eventually lead others
Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you are:

  • Ambitious and highly self-motivated
  • Coachable and willing to learn
  • Confident communicating with people
  • Competitive and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable being accountable for your own results
  • Interested in leadership and long-term career advancement
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

Sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, athletics, or leadership experience can be helpful, but previous industry or management experience is not required.

What We Offer
  • 100% remote work environment
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development
  • Leadership development and advancement opportunities
  • Performance-based compensation and growth potential
  • Supportive, team-oriented culture
  • Eligible benefits may include health, dental, vision, life insurance and AD&D
This Is More Than a Remote Position

We believe leadership is developed through performance, consistency, coaching, and responsibility.

If you're looking for a traditional position where advancement is based primarily on tenure, this may not be the right opportunity.

But if you're looking for a career where your effort, development, and results can help determine how far you advance, we'd like to meet you.

Apply today to be considered for our next Leadership Development group.

Requirements

    • High level of motivation and ambition
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • A strong desire to learn and develop leadership skills

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Training & Development
  • Work From Home
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
