Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our clients’ recovery journeys:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' unique circumstances and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, ensuring responsiveness to their changing conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and addiction specialists, to provide coordinated care across services.
  • Lead case consultations and peer review sessions to share insights and continuously improve the quality of care provided.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies, encouraging active participation in their healing process.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse patient population in various stages of recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Each client’s journey is unique, and understanding their cultural background and specific challenges will be crucial in providing the most effective support. You will facilitate their paths toward recovery as they navigate complex emotional landscapes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona.
  • At least three years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and other evidence-based techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
