We invite passionate and qualified professionals to apply for the role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specifically licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to provide therapeutic support for individuals facing substance abuse challenges and co-occurring mental health disorders. This full-time remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering essential outpatient therapy services. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to engage with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to address the specific needs of clients.
  • Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Developing, implementing, and adapting individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their unique goals and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Active license not under suspension or probation.
  • Adherence to pre-employment checks, including tuberculosis screening, background checks, and drug screening, with ongoing compliance as per organizational policies.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

  • Experience working with substance use populations or dual-diagnosis clients.

Compensation and Benefits
