• Conduct comprehensive individual therapy sessions and facilitate engaging group therapy discussions designed to support clients in their personal growth journeys.
• Perform detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health, employing diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate the individual needs of clients, customizing interventions and therapeutic modalities based on client feedback and progress.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Deliver educational sessions and workshops for clients and their families to empower them with knowledge and resources related to mental health education.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation complies with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, sharing insights and feedback to ensure an integrated approach to holistic care.

• Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field, with a focus on mental health.
• Valid state licensing to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on qualifications and experience.
