This role applies a data-driven, first-principles approach to simplify, standardize, and improve processes, while owning specific process domains and driving them toward scalable, automated solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the analyst translates operational needs into efficient, compliant workflows that balance automation and human input. By leveraging production data, embedding regulatory requirements, and supporting enterprise-wide adoption, the role ensures consistent, measurable improvements and helps institutionalize best practices across geographies and business segments.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Own and evolve enterprise-critical process domains within the title insurance lifecycle, applying a first-principles mindset to challenge legacy workflows and drive toward simpler, more scalable, and outcome-driven solutions.
  • Partner with functional area teams and cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine and streamline workflows across the entire transactional lifecycle.
  • Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions by collaborating closely with technology and product teams to define automation, system enhancements, and integrations that amplify human performance.
  • Leverage production data and root cause analysis to diagnose issues, measure performance, and continuously refine processes-embracing adaptability and iteration as core to delivering sustained impact.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation (e.g., SOPs, swim lanes, process narratives) to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and sustained adoption across the organization.
  • Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into all process design, balancing automation, human amplification, and governance to ensure solutions are both innovative and durable.
  • Act as a final decision-maker for process design standards within assigned domains, ensuring alignment across business units and systems.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across operations, product, technology, and compliance to drive adoption of standardized, enterprise-wide workflows.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in the functional area with demonstrated ownership of large-scale process transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Knowledge, SKILLS, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Deep and detailed understanding of functional area operations and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis, workflow design, and leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience working with title production systems (e.g., Ignite, FAST, SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, Qualia, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and process documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with process mapping and data tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, Excel, and data visualization platforms).
  • Demonstrated digital mindset with a high degree of adaptability-comfortable challenging legacy processes, embracing change, and leveraging technology to reimagine how work gets done.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in title insurance and escrow industry, with direct exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting multi-state, regional, or national title and escrow operations.
  • Experience driving process automation and workflow optimization within title and escrow environments.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Experience in the design, configuration, or enhancement of title production systems (e.g., ResWare, SoftPro, or similar platforms).
Pay Range: $97,700.00 - $130,300.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
