• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to support clients in managing their challenges.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring transparency and quality in client care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive support network for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health by participating in workshops and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Our approach is holistic, emphasizing the importance of understanding each client’s cultural background and personal story in order to provide appropriate and effective support.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in delivering counseling services, especially in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong ethical acumen and familiarity with legal regulations surrounding counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation and client interactions.

• Familiarity with relevant therapeutic modalities and an interest in continuous learning within the mental health profession.

• Annual salary between USD 80,000 and 100,000, based on the volume of client workload and performance.
