Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to support customer order processing, documentation management, and transactional activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross-functional teams. You'll work closely with Order Management, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Operations teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently throughout the entire order lifecycle.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow their careers in operations, order management, customer support, supply chain, or manufacturing administration while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, enter, and maintain customer orders within SAP or other ERP systems
  • Review customer purchase orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Collect and validate customer information required for order processing
  • Update orders to reflect revisions, schedule changes, delivery adjustments, and status updates
  • Process a high volume of transactions while maintaining exceptional accuracy
  • Prepare order confirmations, proforma invoices, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate order records throughout the order lifecycle
  • Support Logistics by coordinating shipment readiness and delivery schedules
  • Monitor open orders and communicate status updates to internal teams
  • Assist Finance with invoicing preparation and customer documentation
  • Provide administrative support related to order management activities
  • Support special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, sales support, logistics, or administrative support
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate Degree preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Direct experience using SAP for order entry and order maintenance
  • Experience supporting order management, customer operations, or sales operations teams
