As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring outbound shipments, identifying and resolving delivery issues, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a high-quality customer experience by proactively managing carrier performance across parcel, freight, and international shipments.

This position is ideal for someone with hands-on logistics experience who takes ownership of problems, works with urgency, and can effectively troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You will partner closely with Fulfillment, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to resolve issues, prevent disruptions, and support efficient operations.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or carrier operations (parcel, freight, or ecommerce fulfillment)

  • Experience monitoring shipments and resolving delivery exceptions, delays, or claims

  • Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, LTL, and/or international shipping processes

  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and ownership

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic with a team-first attitude

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working in an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar)

  • Experience identifying trends and driving process improvements in logistics operations

  • Experience working directly with carriers to resolve issues or improve performance

  • Forklift experience or general warehouse operations exposure

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor outbound shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, and delivery exceptions

  • Communicate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL, etc.) to investigate and resolve shipping issues

  • Track and manage shipment status to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy

  • Assist in resolving parcel and freight claims, including documentation and follow-up

  • Identify recurring issues and escalate trends or opportunities for improvement

  • Partner with Fulfillment, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to prevent disruptions

  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, issues, and resolutions

  • Support continuous improvement efforts to increase shipping accuracy and efficiency

  • Follow standard operating procedures while identifying gaps or inefficiencies

  • Assist with general warehouse and logistics operations as needed
