About the Role
Talarico for Texas is hiring an Operations Associate to join James Talarico's US Senate campaign. This is a full-time, paid position ideal for a highly organized and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem solving, supporting teammates, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. The Operations Associate will provide general operational and administrative support across campaign headquarters, helping maintain office logistics, supplies, and systems while stepping in wherever additional support is needed.This role plays a vital part in keeping the team organized, responsive, and equipped to advance the campaign's goals.
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for campaign headquarters
  • Maintain office organization and functionality, ensuring shared spaces are well-stocked and operating efficiently
  • Monitor and restock office supplies, kitchen inventory, and campaign materials as needed
  • Support office logistics, including receiving deliveries, coordinating vendors, and setting up meeting spaces
  • Assist with inventory management and organization of campaign equipment and materials
  • Respond to office needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Support other operational and administrative projects as assigned
