As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and professional mental health counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to tailor individual therapy sessions, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met.
• Developing comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that align with client's experiences and mental health goals.
• Facilitating insightful discussions that encourage clients to explore their feelings, experiences, and relationships in order to foster personal growth.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to facilitate effective coping strategies.

You will work with a diverse client base, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and facilitating individual therapy for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
• Proven ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and autonomy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a natural empathetic approach to client interactions.
