Design sophisticated, scalable solutions that account for future growth, complex system infrastructure, and downstream data dependencies.- Technical Execution: Implement, deploy, and optimize ORC configurations and features, constantly driving toward process automation, data integrity, and robust metrics monitoring.- End-to-End Project Leadership: Scope and drive meaningful new HR tech initiatives

Partner with stakeholders to understand complex business problems, translate requirements into technical designs, and proactively mitigate system "gotchas" and corner cases.- Product & Business Partnership: Act as a strategic technical partner to Recruiting and HR leadership. Maintain an open feedback loop through iterative design, live demos, and rigorous testing to deliver highly efficient, compliant, and global solutions.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) experience, with deep expertise in its advanced capabilities and configurability to meet complex global requirements.- 2+ years of experience partnering directly with Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR organizations to scope and deliver technical solutions.- Proven expertise in the full application development lifecycle, with a demonstrated ability to identify cross-system dependencies in a heavily integrated environment.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Preferred Qualifications- Strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM integrations, data extracts (HCM Extracts, BI Publisher), and technical components.- Functional knowledge of broader Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management) and the overall HR technology ecosystem.- Experience integrating ORC with third-party talent acquisition tools (e.g., Beamery, Workday, or homegrown platforms).For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$180,000 per year - USD$200,000 per year.For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$180,000 per year - USD$200,000 per year.For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan
