*Three references required
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Leads the functional design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand current financial and budgeting processes
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials using cloud best practices
- Configure Oracle EPM Planning to support budgeting, forecasting, and budget book creation
- Align EPM processes with the PGCPS fiscal and budget cycle
- Support functional testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Provide post-go-live functional support and stabilization
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience working with EPM and/or Oracle Cloud
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials
- Experience with Oracle EPM Planning and budgeting solutions
- Public-sector financial and budget process experience
- Strong functional configuration and user-facing skills
- Experience in supporting go-live and hypercare periods
