• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, couples, and group therapy modalities, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions that focus on areas such as addiction recovery, trauma processing, anxiety, and mood disorders, tailoring approaches to address varying levels of client needs.
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for our client population.
• Uphold the confidentiality of client records, adhering to strict legal and ethical guidelines in data management.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions to remain current on best practices in mental health counseling.

Our diverse clientele includes individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients from various backgrounds, fostering a therapeutic alliance that empowers them to navigate their unique challenges. • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• An accredited Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field.

Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems will also be advantageous, as it enhances the overall efficiency of service delivery.
