About the Role

  • Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
  • Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy sessions per week and assessments for new clients
  • Use measurement-based care tools to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress
  • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
  • Participate in weekly case consultation, monthly wellness groups and professional development

Requirements

  • License: Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
  • Cross-licensure: Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We will cover the cost. 
  • Caseload: Maintain a caseload of ~25 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week (schedule a minimum of 29 per week)
  • Experience: 2+ years of active and unrestricted licensure in Texas, clinical experience with adults (18+), and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
  • Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Schedule: Select session hours between 8am and 7pm PST, Monday through Friday, with the work week spread across five days. 
  • Documentation: All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact. Option to use an AI-assist tool. 

Compensation: The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is based on place of residence, years of licensure, and level (Clinician or Clinician II), as assessed during interviews. Your total compensation also includes quarterly incentive opportunities, giving you the chance to grow your earnings while making an impact. Sign-on Bonus: Sign by November 30th, 2026 and earn a sign-on bonus of $2000!
