• Engage directly with clients to assess their needs and deliver therapeutic interventions that address symptoms of mental illness or emotional distress.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare providers to develop and implement integrated care plans that ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate or arrange for comprehensive assessments as required.
• Monitor and document client progress, managing treatment plans that are responsive to the individual needs of clients.
• Implement focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services, tailoring your approach based on each client's unique circumstance and preferences.
• Participate in crisis interventions when necessary, providing immediate support and stabilization for clients in urgent situations.
• Carry a manageable caseload of clients, conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational conduct policy, thereby maintaining a professional and safe environment for all clients.
• Respond to on-call situations that may arise after program hours, ensuring round-the-clock support as needed.

Your direct clientele will primarily comprise individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges, including major mental illness and severe emotional disorders. By working in a remote setting, you will have the opportunity to serve a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, understanding their unique circumstances and cultural contexts while providing essential support and guidance.

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a relevant field.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
• Must hold a valid LCSW license in the state of Colorado.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Experience working in underserved communities is highly desirable, reflecting sensitivity and adaptability in such environments.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a track record of using them effectively in clinical practice.
• Experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment protocols.
• Background in collaborating with diverse health care professionals to implement holistic care strategies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
