Job Description:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue acceleration across the full customer lifecycle. This role blends strategy, execution, experimentation, and analytics, and is ideal for a hands-on operator who enjoys building scalable systems from the ground up.

You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional partners across Service, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to design and execute growth programs that directly impact revenue. This role has high visibility, high ownership, and meaningful influence on how the company scales its go-to-market engine.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Own growth across the full funnel, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments across paid, organic, lifecycle, and emerging channels to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Partner with Service and Customer Success to improve onboarding, activation, and conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle programs across email, in-app messaging, onboarding, and reactivation campaigns.
  • Define, track, and report on core growth metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, churn, ARPU, and conversion rates.
  • Develop dashboards, attribution models, and forecasting frameworks to support executive-level decision making.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate experimentation, scale output, and improve marketing efficiency.

C
ontent Responsibilities: 

  • Support the development of high-quality content including computer-based trainings (via Synthesia), case studies, website content, and other marketing assets.
  • Organize and map ESM’s compliance content library within the INSITE SaaS platform to align with the AI Agent, including policies, checklists, forms, and training materials by industry.
  • Oversee the creation, editing, publishing, and ongoing management of content across multiple platforms and channels.
  • Review computer-based training content to ensure formatting consistency, clarity, and accuracy.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth by defining and executing our next-stage demand generation strategy.
  • Build a culture of structured experimentation, learning, and continuous optimization across marketing initiatives.
  • Strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts translate into high-quality, measurable revenue impact.
  • Lay the foundation for scalable growth by implementing repeatable processes, systems, and reporting frameworks.


Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Strong experimentation mindset with experience designing and analyzing tests across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, funnel optimization, and content-driven growth programs.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with dashboards, attribution models, and performance forecasts.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and collaborate across teams.
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of presenting insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
