They receive thousands of membership inquiries each week from professionals interested in joining their organization. In this role, you will follow up with applicants, conduct a brief qualifying interview, and enroll qualified candidates using a consultative, soft-close approach.

Position Overview
This is a full-time remote role, working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting applicants and setting appointments
  • Following up with applicants and conducting qualifying interviews
  • Building rapport and developing one-on-one relationships with prospective members
  • Presenting membership options and explaining products and services
  • Converting qualified prospects into paid members using proven sales methods
  • Managing warm leads provided daily by the marketing team
  • Maintaining relationships with members through ongoing follow-up
  • Delivering outstanding service to a professional clientele
  • Spending the majority of the workday on the phone with prospective clients

Requirements
This role involves speaking daily with a wide range of professionals and executives across the U.S. and Canada. Candidates should be polished, articulate, motivated, and comfortable engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent focus, organization, and time management
  • Comfort building rapport and engaging with clients by phone
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
