As a community health clinic operating remotely, our work environment is designed to provide you with the administrative support and resources necessary for delivering high-quality care. With access to electronic medical records systems and regular peer consultation, you will find both support and autonomy in your work.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, taking time to understand each client’s unique background and needs.
• Create evidence-based, tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals and therapeutic best practices.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, ensuring holistic care and comprehensive support for each patient.
• Participate in continuous education opportunities, attending workshops, webinars, and conferences to remain up-to-date with the latest mental health therapies.
• Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and increase program effectiveness based on your clinical experience and patient feedback.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as those seeking assistance in navigating complex relationships. Our clinic focuses on fostering resilience and personal growth, welcoming clients from varied backgrounds, and supporting their journey to improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW within New York State.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working with individuals addressing emotional and mental health challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport quickly with clients in a virtual setting.

• Experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not a strict requirement.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
