• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on the specific dynamics and requirements of each client.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and wrap-around services for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, while advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Our clients represent a diverse array of backgrounds and mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. You will work closely with individuals from various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and families, providing tailored support that respects each person's unique life experiences. Your role will significantly influence the healing process, helping clients navigate their difficulties, foster resilience, and develop effective coping strategies.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Massachusetts (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate and implement effective treatment plans.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently while contributing to a cohesive team environment.
• A steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

Although one to two years of focused experience in a clinical setting is preferred, we are open to considering exceptional candidates who demonstrate strong foundational skills and a commitment to learning in an entry-level context. Experience with teletherapy is a plus, given our remote work structure, as is familiarity with various treatment modalities.
