Bright Health Psychotherapy Pte. Ltd. is in search of a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team as a full-time Mental Health Therapist. This role is based within a remote work setting that supports a community health clinic's mission. Our clinic facilitates a flexible schedule, operational from Monday through Saturday, enabling you to design your work hours according to client needs and personal preferences. In this collaborative environment, mental health professionals receive ongoing support, supervision, and opportunities to build relationships within a multidisciplinary team. This ensures you remain connected and engaged while working primarily from the comfort of your own home.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and inform treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, engaging in regular documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to discuss assessments, treatment interventions, and progress updates.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the unique needs of your patients.
• Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring ethical and timely completion of documentation and care plans as guided by departmental standards.
• Provide case management consultation by collaborating with community resources and professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each individual.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds. Our clinic focuses on providing outpatient mental health services to those experiencing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will directly influence these clients' journeys toward improved mental health and resilience.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Georgia.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Ability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and client demand.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting.
• Experience implementing evidence-based therapeutic practices and modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation requirements is advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
