• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems, and maintain regular updates to reflect ongoing progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and contingency management to address various psychological and behavioral issues.
• Engage in regular consultations with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services as required, supporting clients through acute episodes and ensuring their safety.
• Document all client interactions and treatment activities in accordance with relevant regulations and organizational standards.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing psychological disorders, substance use issues, and various psychosocial challenges. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Current California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Two (2) years of experience providing direct mental health services, including crisis management.
• Strong understanding of mental health theories, research, and practices, particularly around individual differences and abnormal behavior.
• Proficient in contemporary interview techniques and current trends in the mental health field.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or a similar setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques or areas of mental health practice.
