This is a full-time telehealth position, allowing you to provide essential mental health support to clients from the comfort of your home.   • Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to track and adjust clientsโ€™ treatment plans effectively.
  • Engage in regular team consultations to enhance your therapeutic approach and discuss patient progress or challenges.
  • Document treatment sessions in electronic health records (EHR) accurately, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individual adults seeking support for various mental health challenges. The goal is to help clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, utilizing a strengths-based approach. You will contribute significantly to enhancing their emotional well-being and self-awareness, guiding them toward discovering their fullest potential.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Proficient in using various telehealth software and digital communication tools, including the Google suite and electronic health records systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two yearsโ€™ experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, preferably in a telehealth setting.
