The Role

We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to be the engine of our remote firm. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage systems, and hold our virtual team accountable. While our Chief Advisor drives growth and client strategy, you’ll ensure the business runs like clockwork behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and improve workflows in our CRM and project tools (Planning tools, Close, ClickUp/Trello).
  • Lead and coach team members, keeping projects on track and clients cared for.
  • Oversee smooth client onboarding, document collection, and follow-ups.
  • Build reporting dashboards to keep leadership informed.
  • Coordinate hiring workflows, onboarding, and compliance (with HR support).
  • Own and execute the firm’s Operational Calendar, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Create, document, and improve workflows that streamline efficiency and profitability..
  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Advisor to ensure strategic alignment.
