• Conduct comprehensive assessments and mental health screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ psychological needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Create tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique challenges and goals, applying best practices and evidence-based methodologies.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques to foster engagement and facilitate healing among clients.
• Cultivate strong professional relationships with other treatment team members—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers—to ensure cohesive and integrative client care.
• Provide educational support and resources to clients’ families, promoting their understanding and involvement in the recovery journey.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring ethical practices are observed throughout the therapeutic process.

• A valid and current professional license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in mental health counseling, showcasing specialized training in therapeutic practices.
• Deep understanding of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and motivate clients throughout their recovery path.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively share insights and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, particularly in the outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Your background should ideally include working with a multiculturally diverse population.
