  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring that sessions are scheduled consistently at the same times each week.

  • Provide ongoing assessment and documentation of client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by utilizing free access to online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) offered by Renewal Mind Psychotherapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse population of adolescents and young adults, creating a safe and empathetic environment for them to explore their mental health challenges. With a maximum of eight clients per group, our therapists have the opportunity to build strong, therapeutic relationships, guiding these individuals through their healing journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Active licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Washington (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) is preferred.
  • Availability to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week, dependent on whether you choose a 1099 contract or W2 employee status.
  • Experience or interest in working within telehealth environments is advantageous.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in group therapy, adolescent counseling, or trauma-informed care will be highly valued. Knowledge of substance use disorders and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by young adults are also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
