Hub employees work primarily from home with no expectation of a regular in-office presence. This is a remote-first position, with a focus on candidates in MA, DE, NY, CA, DC, MN, TX, GA, and IL.

How Will You Make a Difference?

  • Responsible for ensuring that IP systems are maintained through regular audits, data cleanup, and validation.
  • Assist with daily matter opening and staffing updates required by the practice groups.
  • Develop and run recurring and ad hoc reports and audits in response to requests made through processes established by department leadership.
  • Assist with initiatives to implement automation to create efficiencies for the IP Operations Team and practice groups.

What Will You Bring to the Table?

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in patent or trademark prosecution support services preferred.
  • MS SQL skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; IP docketing/management systems; and document management systems.
