Job description

The Explorer Market Performance Manager is a results-oriented leader responsible for ensuring Explorer practices achieve quality and Performance Excellence Objective targets within a virtual service model. The primary focus of this role is the direct management of the Explorer field team (Practice Transformation Specialists) and the strategic development and deployment of performance initiatives to ensure performance goals and objectives are met. While the core mission is driving core ACO transformation through effective team leadership, this role also provides strategic development  and critical feedback to help shape the ongoing development of the Explorer Program model. 
 
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely from anywhere within the US, across all US time zones.
Primary Duties:
  1. Market Performance & Outcomes: Accountable for driving market-wide quality and savings targets by supporting the development of strategies and overseeing the execution of core ACO transformation strategies. 

    1. Analyze market-level performance gaps and variances to understand root causes and implement corrective actions. 

    2. Alight market activities with internal teams (Performance, Product, etc.) to ensure practice transformation goals are met. 

  1. Team Management & PTS Guidance: Lead a team of Practice Transformation Specialists (PTS) to ensure high-quality service delivery within the Explorer Market. 

    1. Providing guidance on structured intervention attempts for practices while managing day-to-day field requests.  

    2. Support Aledade’s People Management strategy for the Explorer team  

  1. Program Development & Strategic Input: Provide frontline feedback to the Program Director to help build and refine the service delivery model while standing up the program. 

    1. Mitigate risks and prioritize initiatives that support the evolution of the virtual service model. 

    2. Provide input and oversight into performance strategy and automated

  2. Relationship Management: Cultivate internal partnerships to align strategic priorities and identify opportunities for program growth and savings.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Value-Based Care (VBC), with a proven track record of driving operational performance and delivering successful quality/financial outcomes.
  • 6-8 years of experience utilizing healthcare data analytics to uncover strategic insights, solve complex problems, and improve performance outcomes.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing a structured team (minimum of 3+ direct reports)
  • Results-oriented leader with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. 
Preferred KSA's:
  • Proven success collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes of major projects
