  • Background in management consulting is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to investigate ambiguous business problems end-to-end, including interviewing stakeholders, analyzing data, diagnosing root causes, and presenting structured recommendations
  • Experience working directly with executives; able to challenge ideas respectfully and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and drive solutionsend-to-endtaking ambiguous problems, designing the approach, and implementing workflows or systems without relying on existingstructure.
  • Experience translating business logic into system and operational behavior in partnership with Product/Engineering.
  • Comfort expressing logic using structured formats (YAML, JSON,Airtable, Notion).
