Your Role:
In this role you will support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Strategy team by coordinating planning activities, operational reporting, team communications, organizational processes, and operational initiatives that enable efficient and effective execution. This role plays a critical part in enabling the Marketing Center to operate at scale, ensuring that integrated marketing programs are executed with consistency, speed, and rigor across a complex, matrixed organization. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Marketing Process & Operations, Integrated Marketing Leaders, and cross-functional partners, this role helps maintain the teams operating cadence, supports integrated marketing planning activities, coordinates organizational priorities, and contributes to continuous operational improvement.
  • Drive Priority Marketing Execution: Coordinate operational planning, initiative timelines, and key deliverables to ensure consistent, friction-free execution across the Marketing Center.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Organize multi-disciplinary meetings, align team communications, and track action items to maintain clarity and seamless collaboration.
  • Standardize Tools & Templates: Maintain and manage operational resources, documentation, and reporting to establish consistent ways of working across all marketing teams.
  • Support Key Organizational Events: Drive execution for high-visibility initiatives, including planning cycles, Marketing Day, operational reviews, and leadership meetings.
  • Monitor Performance & Mitigate Risk: Track operational metrics to uncover trends, surface risks early, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Lead Operational Adoption: Support the rollout and long-term adoption of new processes, technologies, and best practices across the department.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Identify efficiency gains and streamline workflows to build a lasting culture of operational excellence.
  • Enable Strategic Business Priorities: Deliver disciplined operational support that strengthens organizational effectiveness and directly accelerates core business goals.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Project Management, or other Business discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, project management, program coordination, or other operational roles.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating projects, timelines, meetings, or cross-functional initiatives in a Global, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within life sciences or a B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions.

Pay Range for this position: $63,400 - $120,000 / year
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
