Job description

Overview

The Product Operations Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the operational framework that enables Demand Marketing to successfully execute strategic priorities across multiple operating models. The organization simultaneously supports both a services/agency-style delivery model and a product roadmap, requiring strong operational governance, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution.

This role serves as the central point of operational oversight for all initiatives, ensuring projects are planned, prioritized, tracked, and delivered effectively. The Product Operations Manager maintains the organization's single source of truth for project status, timelines, dependencies, ownership, and delivery risks. They are accountable for driving execution through standardized processes, monitoring progress against commitments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Success in this role requires exceptional program management, organizational discipline, stakeholder communication, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams while maintaining visibility into competing priorities and business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Stand up and own a centralized project management system in Microsoft (Planner and/or Project) across both Services and Product, replacing today's ad hoc tracking.
  • Translate the four H2 OKRs into tracked workstreams with owners, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Run the operating rhythm: status check-ins, deadline tracking, and risk flagging, so leadership always has a clear confirmed-vs-in-discovery picture.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on commitments by driving accountability for project milestones, deliverables, and timelines without direct people management authority.
  • Coordinate execution across Services and Product teams by identifying cross-functional dependencies, timeline conflicts, and resource constraints early, enabling proactive resolution before they impact delivery.
  • Build and maintain project intake and prioritization process.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level status reporting to the General Manager, synthesizing complex execution data into clear, actionable updates focused on business impact, key milestones, risks, and required decisions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in project/program management spanning both a services or agency delivery environment (client-facing, scaled execution) and a product environment (roadmaps, sprints, cross-functional builds.
  • Certified Project Management or Equivalent Track a Plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Planner and/or Microsoft Project, with the ability to architect scalable project management solutions, establish standardized processes, and drive operational adoption across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and hold senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders accountable to commitments, timelines, and deliverables without direct reporting authority.
  • Proven success operating across multiple business functions and delivery models, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving execution through collaboration, communication, and shared accountability.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving business priorities while designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational processes, governance, and execution frameworks.
