This role requires a highly organized operator who thrives at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate has experience leading quarterly planning, optimizing Jira environments, building executive KPI dashboards, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Drive accountability across Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders by tracking commitments, dependencies, delivery timelines, and execution against strategic goals

  • Partner directly with Product leadership to establish scalable Product Operations processes that improve organizational effectiveness and operational maturity

  • Build and automate KPI reporting infrastructure, replacing manual reporting with scalable dashboards and executive reporting for leadership and board-level visibility

  • Analyze product and operational performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that improve execution and delivery

  • Own and optimize Jira and Jira Product Discovery, including workflows, reporting, dashboards, backlog organization, prioritization processes, and operational best practices

  • Improve roadmap visibility, planning accuracy, and execution consistency across Product and Engineering teams

  • Establish standardized operating cadences for planning, reporting, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional communication

  • Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to identify process improvements that increase delivery predictability and reduce operational friction

  • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, improve documentation, summarize planning sessions, and increase team efficiency

  • Enable self-service access to operational metrics while driving adoption of scalable reporting and governance practices across the organization

Minimum Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Program Management, Technical Program Management, Technical Operations, or a related function supporting Product and Engineering organizations

  • Demonstrated experience owning quarterly planning, roadmap planning, prioritization, and cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering teams

  • Deep expertise with Jira and Jira Product Discovery, including workflow optimization, reporting, dashboards, backlog management, and operational governance

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience designing KPI dashboards, executive reporting, operational metrics, and scalable reporting frameworks

  • Experience automating reporting and leveraging data to improve product operations, delivery performance, and organizational decision-making

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies to improve workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational efficiency

  • Proven ability to influence Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders without direct authority while driving accountability across multiple teams

  • Experience working within Agile software development environments and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and technical leadership

  • Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills with experience leading planning sessions and executive-level discussions

  • Self-starter with a proactive, process-oriented mindset who thrives in fast-paced, evolving product organizations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise software organizations

  • Experience administering or optimizing Atlassian tools, including Jira Product Discovery

  • Experience building self-service dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence platforms

  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data visualization tools used to automate operational reporting

  • Experience supporting Product Operations within high-growth technology organizations

  • Experience working with executive leadership to establish operational governance, planning cadences, and performance reporting

  • Experience supporting organizations serving government or highly regulated industries

  • Experience implementing AI-enabled operational processes and workflow automation across Product organizations
