As a licensed mental health therapist at our center, you will work with a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele often struggle with diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to establish a therapeutic alliance with clients, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.
• Strong commitment to cultural competence, essential for working effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills coupled with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards of practice.

• A minimum of three years' experience providing mental health counseling within community or outpatient settings.
