• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health status, history, and specific needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices that align with clients’ goals.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions for adult clients, utilizing solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and other therapeutic modalities.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Offer crisis intervention services when needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and emotional stabilization.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development, pursuing opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations, streamlining the process through user-friendly digital tools.

You will engage with a diverse range of adult clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to form meaningful connections with clients.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseload and administrative responsibilities.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist, preferably in an outpatient or community setting.
• Experience with telehealth services or virtual therapy platforms is highly valued.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and familiarity with mental health assessment tools.

• Competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on your case load and experience.
