Job Title: QA AnalystLocation-Type: Hybrid onsite in Fort Washington, PA, 2 days onsite / 3 days remote (local candidates only)Start Date: ASAPDuration: 6 month (Potential to hire)Compensation Range: $50-55/hrBenefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401KVisa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorshipJob Description:The QA Analyst will support the client's PMO by executing manual testing across CRM applications, custom integrations, and major software releases in a fast-paced, Agile environment.Job Summary•Execute manual test plans and test cases across CRM applications and custom integrations•Identify, document, and track defects through the full defect lifecycle using Azure DevOps•Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software releases•Support regression testing cycles, including three major platform releases per year•Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute across multiple testing workstreams as project needs evolve•Leverage existing regression test scripts and training materials to ramp up quickly on client systemsMinimum Requirements:•Proven experience in manual testing, including creating and executing test plans and test cases•Hands-on experience with defect identification, documentation, and tracking•Proficiency using Azure DevOps for manual testing and test management•Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments•Experience testing Salesforce CRM applications and integrationsPreferred Qualifications:•Familiarity with integration testing involving third-party or source systems•Background that includes a mix of small, mid-sized, and large company environments•Comfort operating in stop-and-go, priority-shifting work cultures without rigid process dependence
