Job description

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Operational Analyst to support operational analysis activities for the U.S. Department of Education's Impact Aid Grant System (IAGS). This role will analyze system performance, evaluate operational metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze system performance and operational metrics.
  • Support the development of operational analysis reports.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor program performance and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze project data.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous process improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program analysis, performance measurement, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government programs.
  • CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus.
  • Experience preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
