Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual goals and therapeutic requirements.
• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions via video conferencing, employing evidence-based therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities responsive to client needs.
• Set and track therapeutic goals with clients, encouraging active participation in their treatment journey and providing ongoing motivation and support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment efficacy, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in peer supervisions, receiving and providing constructive feedback to enhance therapy practices and client outcomes.
• Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to broaden your clinical skills and keep abreast of contemporary mental health trends and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication skills to build a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Empathy and compassion for clients' experiences and challenges, coupled with a non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for effective caseload management and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required. Experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to connect meaningfully with clients in a digital landscape.
