Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate client needs, formulate treatment recommendations, and make informed clinical decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach toward client interactions.
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and software for telehealth, documentation, and client management.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience delivering therapy in a virtual setting, with strong skills in managing remote client relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions that promote mental health recovery and wellness.
  • Previous experience working in community health settings or clinics, especially serving diverse populations.
