As of Jul 15, 2026, the average hourly pay for remote operating room graduate nurse residency in the United States is $45.47, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $35.82 and $48.80 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

Can a new grad nurse work remotely?

A Remote Operating Room Graduate Nurse Residency typically requires hands-on clinical training in a hospital setting and cannot be performed remotely. Nursing roles that involve direct patient care in specialized environments like the operating room generally require physical presence, though some administrative or educational tasks may be done remotely. Certification and licensing also mandate in-person clinical experience for new graduates.

Can you make $500,000 as a nurse practitioner?

Nurse practitioners can potentially earn $500,000 annually in specialized roles such as anesthesiology or surgical practice, especially with extensive experience, advanced certifications, and working in high-demand or high-volume settings. However, typical salaries for nurse practitioners generally range from $80,000 to $150,000 per year, and reaching $500,000 is uncommon without additional factors like ownership or consulting roles.

How to make $300,000 as a nurse online?

A Remote Operating Room Graduate Nurse Residency typically does not generate $300,000 annually through online work alone. Nurses can increase earnings by gaining specialized certifications, such as perioperative or anesthesia nursing, and pursuing roles in telehealth or consulting, but reaching a $300,000 income usually requires advanced positions, experience, or additional income streams beyond standard remote nursing roles.

How to make 200,000 a year as a nurse?

Achieving a $200,000 annual salary as a remote operating room graduate nurse typically requires gaining specialized experience, advanced certifications, and possibly working in high-demand or leadership roles. Nurses in such positions often work long hours, overtime, or in high-paying regions, and may pursue roles like nurse manager or specialized perioperative nurse to increase earnings.
