The RN or GN is responsible and accountable for compliance to all standards of practice and professional development in accordance with the New York State Nurse Practice Act, United Health Services policies, ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, and the Bill of Patient Rights. COMPENSATION + BENEFITS: The base pay range for full time position is $80,640.00 to $114,400.00. This position is also eligible for various competitive benefits, PTO accrual, and retirement plans with employer match. Looking to start your nursing career or continuing to grow and fulfill your passion as a nurse? Experienced RNs eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Graduate nurses have the ability to participate in comprehensive nurse residency program.
