As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Apple Psychological Services LLC, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities that directly affect the well-being of our clients:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including mental status examinations, to identify each client’s unique needs and treatment goals.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Maintain up-to-date case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans, ensuring that documentation is clear, concise, and in compliance with ethical standards.
• Demonstrate calmness and empathy when managing high-stress situations, applying de-escalation techniques to offer support and solutions to clients in emotional distress.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in regular team meetings where you will share strategies and insights to enhance group therapy effectiveness and improve overall care quality.
• Remain up-to-date on best practices in social work and mental health to provide clients with the highest level of service.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. The ideal candidate must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
