How will you fit into the big picture?
The Sr Specialist Business Intelligence Auto is responsible for leading business intelligence and analytics capabilities that drive strategic decision-making across the Auto business. This role serves as a key thought partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders by delivering actionable insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and identifying growth opportunities through data-driven analysis.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and leadership skills to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations that improve performance and support business growth.
What will you do?
  • Lead business intelligence strategy, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement for the Auto business.
  • Partner with sales, commercial, category, finance, and cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and drive business performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that provide visibility to key business metrics.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and concise executive-level presentations.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, data governance, and analytical capabilities.
  • Influence strategic decision-making through fact-based insights and recommendations.
Minimum Education & Requirements
Experience:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, sales analytics, category management, finance, data science, or related fields.
  • Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business insights.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience presenting recommendations and insights to senior leaders.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or similar platforms.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field required.
  • MBA or Master's degree preferred.
