Job description

Company Description

About Mirantis

Mirantis is the Kubernetes-native AI infrastructure company, enabling organizations to build and operate scalable, secure, and sovereign infrastructure for modern AI, machine learning, and data-intensive applications. By combining open source innovation with deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, Mirantis empowers platform engineering teams to deliver composable, production-ready developer platforms across any environmentโ€”on-premises, in the cloud, at the edge, or in sovereign data centers. As enterprises navigate the growing complexity of AI-driven workloads, Mirantis delivers the automation, GPU orchestration, and policy-driven control needed to manage infrastructure with confidence and agility. Committed to open standards and freedom from lock-in, Mirantis ensures that customers retain full control of their infrastructure strategy.

Job Description

Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team.

Youโ€™ll play a key role in helping Mirantis scale โ€” hiring people who shape the core of our cloud-native platform, open-source products, and go-to-market execution.
ย

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles

  • Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results

  • Act as a recruiting advisor, providing insights on talent market conditions, sourcing feasibility, and hiring best practices

  • Ensure a structured, timely, and professional candidate experience

  • Use SmartRecruiters (ATS) to manage pipelines, reporting, and workflows

  • Collaborate with a distributed Talent Acquisition team while owning your roles independently
    ย

Qualifications
  • 3โ€“5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments

  • Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles โ€” including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics

  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research

  • Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)

  • Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish

  • Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures
