• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their emotional and psychological condition, identifying specific needs, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and empathetic under pressure while ensuring client safety and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in case conferences, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and community organizations to optimize client care.
• Facilitate client referrals to appropriate external services, such as addiction support groups or housing resources, to promote holistic recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities to stay informed of best practices and emerging trends in social work and mental health.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Prestige Life Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your work will address a wide range of social and emotional challenges, ensuring that each client feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout their treatment journey. • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Proven experience in clinical social work and counseling, preferably in outpatient settings.
