• Conduct thorough assessments and interviews to understand client needs and background.
• Deliver therapeutic services to couples, families, and individuals; focusing on key issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief, family conflicts, and communication barriers.
• Develop tailored treatment plans and documentation while engaging collaboratively with clients to track their progress.
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions aiming to promote open communication and effective conflict resolution.
• Maintain an active and updated knowledge of mental health practices, treatment modalities, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal therapist will work with diverse patients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Common therapeutic areas include:

• Alcohol and substance use disorders
• Addressing physical and psychological abuse
• Navigating grief and loss
• Resolving conflicts among family members and siblings
• Supporting blended families and discussing issues related to separation and divorce
• Facilitating communication in complex family dynamics

• Current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A passion for providing dedicated and professional patient care.

• Experience in a clinical setting, specializing in systemic therapy approaches.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and techniques for remote patient engagement.
• A strong background in addressing issues within diverse populations.
