This position allows for a flexible work schedule in a fully remote capacity, giving you the autonomy to manage your time effectively while providing care. You will also engage directly with clients through video platforms, participating in essential face-to-face interactions in a virtual setting.

• Perform ongoing assessments of client needs to formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clients, family members, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Schedule and conduct regular appointments, home visits, and observational assessments to monitor client well-being.
• Coordinate in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate and share insights on client progress and interventions.
• Ensure that all program plans are implemented effectively, assessing their impact and making necessary adjustments.
• Document and maintain detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes that are readily accessible to relevant parties.
• Organize and facilitate training for team members on program implementation, documentation practices, and compliance with standards.
• Act as a liaison between the public and the mental health community, providing support for community development initiatives.
• Help develop training materials and programs to enhance therapeutic offerings for clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges such as trauma, substance misuse, and mental health disorders. Your expert guidance will aid them in navigating their unique struggles, empowering them to achieve better mental health outcomes. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or another related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling is required, demonstrating effectiveness in a therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with specializations such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use interventions is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical practices in mental health care to ensure compliance and safeguard client welfare.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization in therapeutic techniques that address trauma, addiction, or family dynamics is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in training or mentoring staff, particularly in mental health settings, is beneficial.
• Knowledge of current trends and practices in behavioral health and mental wellness.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
