This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging with clients through our outpatient therapy office framework. • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, using clinical interviews and standardized assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Offer individual counseling sessions, and depending on your qualifications, facilitate family, couples, or group therapy to promote comprehensive healing.
• Implement mental health screenings on a regular basis to effectively identify treatment requirements and monitor progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in your sessions to boost client engagement and improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and develop best practices that enhance our therapeutic approaches.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and techniques in mental health counseling to ensure the highest standard of care.

Your role involves working with a diverse client base, including adolescents and their families, as well as individuals facing acute mental health crises. You will have the chance to create lasting impact on the lives of clients experiencing behavioral health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and substance use issues. Clarity Happiness Therapy Center provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can rebuild their strengths, aspirations, and relationships.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field; you must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health practices and counseling techniques, reflecting current industry standards.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to individuals with mental and behavioral health challenges.
• Proven experience in treating individuals with co-occurring disorders, including substance abuse and dual-diagnosed clients.
• A background working with families, couples, and children, enhancing your ability to address various dynamics effectively.
• Familiarity with therapeutic methodologies that can be applied to group therapy sessions.

The salary range for this role is competitive at USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to recognize the expertise and dedication of our therapists.
