The Parent Infant Mental Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative healthcare team. Located in Naperville, Illinois, our center specializes in providing mental health support in a remote school setting. This position offers remote work flexibility, established within a school-centric framework. With a commitment to work-life balance, we provide accommodating scheduling options that include both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts during our operational hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. • Provide personalized psychotherapy or counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges.
• Conduct thorough client interviews to collect and interpret vital social, personal, environmental, and health information that informs treatment plans.
• Assess and treat mental health issues within the scope of practice, ensuring ethical and evidence-based practices are upheld.
• Design and implement programs tailored to address clients’ social and emotional needs, ensuring that appropriate interventions are in place.
• Facilitate cognitive and behavioral health interventions, including crisis resolution, referrals to community resources, and ongoing support.
• Build and sustain relationships founded on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, which are crucial for effective therapy.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness by documenting client progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain case documentation according to established protocols, ensuring that client records accurately reflect services provided and clinical findings.
• Manage a caseload that aligns with organizational expectations while ensuring timely updates to case files.
• Provide individual clinical counseling to clients dealing with complex issues such as depression, anxiety, substance misuse, and family dynamics.
• Be adaptable and willing to take on additional duties as assigned to support the organization’s mission.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our center, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health challenges. Your expertise will play a critical role in addressing conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, and family conflicts, all of which significantly impact the well-being of our community's members.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical social work or a related area, with a demonstrated ability to provide effective psychotherapy.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and familiarity with community resources is essential.

Prior experience in behavioral health counseling, specifically addressing issues like depression, anxiety, addiction, family dynamics, grief, and loss, is highly valued. Ability to utilize therapeutic modalities that are evidenced-based will enhance the treatment quality provided to our clients.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
